STEP 1. Inspect the metal connector pin on your charger. This is the piece located at the end of the power supply cord, which plugs into the device. A proper connector pin should appear to be straight and tightly secured to the cord. To determine if the connector pin is functioning properly, gently grip the pin between your index finger and thumb and attempt to carefully wiggle the pin. Upon inspection, if the pin appears to be angled, bent or moves substantially, it’s likely that your charging cords is broken and needs to be replaced. A damaged connector pin will result in insufficient electric current reaching the battery, which will result in improper function. In the event of a broken charger, please contact customer service for a replacement.
STEP 2. Once the power supply cord has been inspected and it is determined that there are no defects, connect your Circul8 Pro devices to the power supply cord. Once the device is connected, plug into a functional wall outlet.
STEP 2 A. If the green indicator light located around the power button flashes, the device is actively charging. Allow the device to charge for a minimum of 3 hours. If the device continues to have trouble maintaining power after it has sufficiently charged, please contact customer support to request a replacement.
STEP 2 B. If the green indicator light located around the power button does NOT illuminate, the device is NOT receiving a charge and there may be an issue with the power supply cord or with the wall outlet to which it is connected. The power supply cord included within your Circul8 Pro package has two connector pins located at the end of the cord. To troubleshoot, replace the charger’s Connector Pin with the secondary Connector Pin. If the green light still does not illuminate, attempt to plug the power supply into an alternative wall outlet. After completing these steps, if you continue to experience charging-related issues,
please contact our customer support specialist to request a replacement.
